Products being returned that are considered to be defective will require a case number from the manufacturer of the product to receive a refund or a replacement within 30 days of the shipping date. We will not charge a return-processing fee of any kind when a defective product has all original contents and packaging provided by the manufacturer along with the case number provided from the manufacturers support team.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and the manufacturer must be contacted directly for further assistance.
All items that are not defective and being returned due to delivery refusal, customer change mind, found cheaper price, too big, too small, ordered by mistake, etc. will charge shipping both ways, plus a restocking fee up to 50% of original price.
Products that are returned that we did not sell, will not be refunded, or exchanged we keep serial numbers, and know if is ours or not.
Products that are returned without original boxes, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, documentation provided by the manufacturer, and all other associated accessories are subject to an additional return processing fee of up to 50% of the original price.
Products that are returned due to poor packaging and handling are also subject to an addition 50% return processing fee after an investigation with the shipping carrier is conducted.
